Starting Salary £23,286 – £27,365 and benefits.
A full time post which will include working evenings, weekends and public holidays
This is a three year Fixed Term Appointment which may be extended or made permanent depending on the success of the post.
You’ll develop and implement effective marketing at Whinlatter Forest Park near Keswick and at Grizedale, near Ambleside - major tourist destinations in the Lake District, attracting more than 500,000 visitors annually. Each site offers a wide and diverse range of visitor attractions such as walking, cycling, and wildlife watching, as well as partnership franchises such as Go Ape!
Experience of working in a similar marketing role is essential along with an interest in the environment and heritage. Experience of advertising and print buying is also required. You must have excellent communication skills and be fully competent with Microsoft Office.
