We are collecting information about the distribution of black squirrels. If you see one in an area not indicated on our distribution map, then we would grateful if you send us location and date of the sighting.

If you live in Brent, Ealing, Hounslow or Richmond Upon Thames, you should report possible sightings of the caterpillars or their nests/webs to your local Council. Otherwise please report sightings to Forest Research.

You must not attempt to handle the larvae caterpillars yourself, or disturb their nests.
