About Camer Wood
Enjoy a peaceful walk at Camer Woods, a semi-natural wwodland. Take an easy stroll from the car park to the viewpoint enjoying the sounds of the birds as you go.
There is also a rough track that allows for a longer walk along which you will find interpretation panels with information about the local fauna and flora to be found here.
How to get there:
Camer Wood is in Galloway Forest Park. Newton Stewart is the nearest town or village.
Follow the back road from Minnigaff to Glentrool visitor centre.
